What is included?

IGCA Congress 2010 is an all-inclusive event (Except the dinner on Tuesday). From the Sunday evening reception at the Prince Park Tower Tokyo Hotel, everything is taken care of during your five days with us.

Registration *For participants who belong to the National Garden Center Associations, that is a member of the IGCA .
Early Bird Bookings, Before or on April 30th, 2010 May 31st,2010
Single occupancy (1 person 1 room) ¥350,000
Double occupancy (2 people 1 room) ¥280,000
Bookings from June 1st to June 30th, 2010 – add 10%
Single occupancy (1 person 1 room) ¥385,000
Double occupancy (2 people 1 room) ¥308,000
Bookings on and after July 1st, 2010 – add 20%
Single occupancy (1 person 1 room) ¥420,000
Double occupancy (2 people 1 room) ¥336,000
Additional Stay at Congress Hotels
Additional nights stay at the Prince Park Tower Tokyo Hotel (Before the Congress)
including breakfast:
Single occupancy per room per night ¥26,500
Double occupancy per room per night ¥15,500
Additional nights stay at Kyoto Hotel Okura (After the Congress)
including breakfast:
Single occupancy per room per night ¥27,500
Double occupancy per room per night ¥16,500

* For participants whos country does not belong to the IGCA, a five(5) percent charge will be added to your registration fee.

Terms & Conditions

Please note, all fees will be charged in Japanese Yen.

On receipt of your Registration Form you will be invoiced in full and payment is required within 14 days. Only when full payment is received will your Congress place be confirmed.

Cancellations must be in writing before 30th July 2010, after that date you will be charged in full.

Please note the Study Tour is the same price and the same hotel, but the buses in the tour will be separated.
